1. PRESENTATION:
Research Directorate within the framework of the International Congress of Scientific Research Cesar Vallejo University, calls the:
"Call for research in the framework of the International Congress of Scientific Research"
1. Scope / Coverage: Participants enrolled in the Congress.
2. Mission: To promote research scientific and technological innovation, designed to make proposals for solving the priority problems of our social and disseminate research conducted by students in the learning process
3. Objective: To promote the dissemination of research conducted by teachers and students of the Universidad Cesar Vallejo and other universities in the country and abroad.
4. Call dates: From August 10 to October 16, 2010.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS:
The research work must be original, not having been lodged with any broadcast medium, printed or virtual. The research will be made up to a maximum six researchers. At least one parent must be enrolled as a participant in the Congress, and who will sustain the research.
The research will be presented with the structure of a scientific paper (IMRAD) and respect international standards for citations and references, according to the respective areas:
A. Vancouver Biomedical Sciences
B. Standards APA Engineering and Architecture
C. APA Business Studies
D. Humanities and Education
APA Research should be sent as an electronic e-mail: congresoinvestigacionucv@yahoo.es . They must be research to contest organizers and judges of the event.
To participate as a speaker option (of research) in the Congress, (the) researcher (s) subject (s) must submit a summary of their research via email at the deadline. After receiving a communication that the abstract has been accepted, researchers can send the full research report, with the structure of a scientific paper in the terms established in item 5.
Researchers do not send the full investigation and a summary has been accepted, may attend the event as exhibitors, but their investigation will not be subject to assessment for the contest.
rights to publish the winning entries in the first and second in each category will be of the journal UCV-Scientia, the same one responsible for its dissemination citing authors.
7. REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION OF RESEARCH WORK
Researchers interested in participating in the "CONTEST FOR RESEARCH WORK OF THE CONGRESS OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH" must meet the following documentation, duly numbered, in the following order:
A. Labor Letter signed by Principal Investigator or Head of research, addressed to the Director of Research at the UCV.
B. Research Report ( as IMRAD scheme) sent an email to: congresoinvestigacionucv@yahoo.es .
C. Investigations must be typed in Arial 11, double spacing, paragraph automatic A4, with a maximum of 10 pages (including tables and figures), with margins of 2.5 cm. the right side, top and bottom, and 3 cm to the left with pages numbered in sequence in the lower right, counting but not start numbering the pages of the chapter.
D. The receipt of research, will be according to the schedule established by the date and time limit for delivery on Friday, October 16, 2010 up to 24 hours local time.
E. No proposals will be the date and time limit set forth herein.
8. EVALUATION OF WORK
For the evaluation of research, we will proceed through two phases: PHASE
. The work will go through assessment of the first jury, composed of teachers Research Directorate who is responsible for verifying that the papers submitted meet the required conditions: relevance, performance and presentation outline of requested documentation. Verify that the work is original, reviewing databases and the means of publication.
After this first review the work, you can:
A. Being rejected
B. Be Accepted.
SECOND PHASE: The jury will consist of educational evaluator researchers will judge the work and oral presentations on the development of Congress.
By category will be awarded first and second.
9. RESULTS:
1. The results of the "Call for research in the framework of the International Congress of Scientific Research" will be published at the closing ceremony of the International Congress of Scientific Research.
2. The results reported by the judges are final.
3. The jury reserves the right to declare the competition null and void.

AWARDS
Under construction contingencies and all aspects not covered in these rules shall be decided by the Organizing Committee the event.
11. SEND ABSTRACTS
Abstracts of research papers should be sent via email to: congresoinvestigaciónucv@yahoo.es according to the schedule dates. The abstract should not exceed 250 words, according to the following ABSTRACT FORM.
