Skeptic Circle Association is collecting signatures to:
1 .- The immediate transposition into English law of Directive 2005/29/EC, especially urgent if we consider that the time that the Directive provided for incorporation the law of the Member States ended December 12, 2007.
2 .- The adoption of all legislative changes necessary for the prevention, prosecution and appropriate punishment of frauds exploiting religious and paranormal beliefs of the victims, including reform of the Penal Code in order to be considered as constituting those scam fraud exploiting the gullibility of the victims.
3 .- The implementation of active policies to prevent this type of fraud, including inspections, control of misleading advertising or unfair, and creating quick and simple administrative procedures for handling complaints and warnings promoted by citizens and consumer associations.
